ABOUT THE STUDENT HOUSE
Studenterhuset RUC is an open and inclusive gathering place for all students at Roskilde University. Whether you need a place to study, have a group meeting or hang out with your fellow students, we have the facilities for it. Upstairs (13.2) there are group rooms that you can book here, a community kitchen and a library.
Downstairs (13.1) you can meet the volunteer organizations. The offices are occasionally open, so drop by and say hi if you want to join a community or volunteer!

You can also visit RUCbar – Bar and Café, which is located on the ground floor. Here you can study, grab a cup of coffee, a soda, or a beer with your fellow students.

Studenterhuset RUC is 100% volunteer driven. Every year volunteers work to make the house even better, so you as students can enjoy the house. The board is committed to creating a house that gathers and engages all students at Roskilde University.

Would you like to volunteer?
As a volunteer you will be doing what you’re passionate about with fellow students! Whether you want to work with day-to-day tasks, participate in board meetings or plan activities to engage students during their time at uni.
Being a volunteer also means, that you can get experience with administrative work and communication, allowing you to practice what you’ve been taught in class!
The best part of it is that you get to meet a lot of people from different studies and form amazing friendships.
